Tropical Heat Ginger Ground is a delicious, sweet and peppery spice used in tea and coffee, sauces, appetisers, mulled wine, ginger bread, biscuits, milk puddings, desserts, meat marrinades, brandy snaps, curries and flavouring of fish, seafood, poultry, beef, venison, veal and noodle dishes. Add ginger lemonade or ginger ale. Sprinkle over apple or rhubarb crumble.
