 3.2 Store Credit

In certain cases, you may choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund. Store credits can be used for future purchases on Duka Express and do not expire.

5. Exchanges


Duka Express currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.


 6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.2 Resolution
